So here's the rollie pollie update:- This morning she rolled from her back to her stomach, then back onto her back, then back on her stomach again! Triple roll!
- Also this morning, she was playing with daddy. He was teaching her to walk...one foot in front of the other as he held her hands. Then this evening she was standing on anaagee's stomach and walked towards her face without any help!
- This evening she was lying on her stomach on a sheet on the floor and anaagee put a bottle a couple of feet away from her. She pulled the sheet and brought the bottle to her! She's thinking outside the box!
She's going to be the first hijabi in the olympics!
The last few weeks have been nothing but rollie rollie rollie. When we put her to bed we lay her on her back. When we go to check on her though, she's on her side or her stomach. Oh this cutie is full of wonderful surprises!
Daddy was watching some videos I took of Aliyah and had on my desktop. He said he saw the folder and was curious as to what it was. He started to play one of the videos and his heart jumped. He found himself cheering her on as if she could hear him "Come on baby. Just a little bit more! You can do it!" His heart is completely stolen by her =) She melts him. What a magical beautiful baby girl.
She grabs everything, including that rattle she wasn't interested in just a couple of weeks ago. Shes growing so fast! She just started grabbing her feet a couple of days ago and pulls them towards her mouth. Who wouldn't want to eat those cute, tasty little toes! Yum!
